IFBR1a v4.1 - 22 February 2017
Fix bug where, if more than one frequency is stored in memories, the first button press after a power cycle visits the second channel (with the correct indication of 2 LED blinks), rather than the first channel.
IFBR1a v4.0 - 29 September 2016
Added an alternate ("direct entry") user interface mode, accessible via a special hex switch and power switch combination, which provides extended features. By default, the original user interface mode is selected, so that the only visible difference (from v2.4) is rapid burst of LED blinks at power-on, indicating an updated unit with extended features available.
This version is compatible with any IFBR1A, IFBR5A or IFBR1A/E01 receiver currently running firmware 2.0 or newer. [The same program can be used on export and non-export units.]
IFBR1a v3.0 - 26 November 2013
The new 17422 audio boards are incompatible with firmware versions 2.x and older. Use version 3.0 (or newer as available) with these boards, but continue to use version 2.x on the older 17300 audio boards.
IFBR1a v2.4 - 19 June 2009
Made block 470 and 944 functionality compatible with newer LecSet standard.
IFBR1a v2.3 - 01 April 2009
Added frequency blocks 470, 19 and 20.
IFBR1a v2.2 - 10 October 2007
- Added support for block 944.
- Added new mode for skipped channels read from ee_prom. When on skipped channel (or out of band on 944), the LED blinks at a medium rate between red and yellow.
IFBR1a v2.1 - 30 August 2005
Fix problem where scan function was not reliable for the top two channels.
IFBR1a v2.0 - 23 June 2005
Switched to new National LMX2353 PLL IC. Use v1.2 with older RF boards equipped with the Philips PLL, v2.0 on newer boards with the National PLL.
IFBR1a v1.2 - 20 August 2001
First production release.
