The 700 Series wireless system offers a combination of CD quality audio with a digital RF link operating on standard UHF frequencies and advanced encryption for applications requiring a high level of security. The state of the art design serves a variety of applications. The audio quality is perfectly at home in the most demanding studio or stage environments while the true cryptography used in the transmitted RF signal is ideal for security needs in corporate and governmental applications.
The DSP controlled dual-envelope limiter in the UM700 input cleanly handles signal peaks up to 30 dB above full modulation. The audio is then sampled at 44.1 kHz with a 24-bit A-D converter using a proprietary DSP algorithm to generate a high quality data stream. This unique processing chain eliminates a compandor and its artifacts to reveal an amazing amount of detail and clarity. The obvious absence of distortion and noise creates what some call a “lack of character.” It sounds, in fact, like a hard-wired cable.

Most users do not need a license to operate this wireless microphone system.
