Factory Repairs

Due to the complex nature of some Lectrosonics products and the continuing growth of the product lines, factory direct repair services are often the best choice for dealers and customers. In many cases, highly specialized test equipment is needed to properly align and test Lectrosonics equipment.

Turnaround time at the factory is typically from 3 to 7 work days. Naturally, the workload varies considerably and at times, it can take more than 7 days to complete a repair. Longer turnaround time typically results from one or more of the following situations:

• An excessive amount of repairs arrive at the same time
• When a problem is intermittent or cannot be duplicated
• More than normal repairs are requested
• Multiple product updates are required

Rush services at an extra charge may be available to expedite your repair. Please contact the repair department and check on the current status of turnaround time and availability of rush service.

Always obtain a Return Authorization number (RA) before shipping any product to Lectrosonics for repair.

Warranty on new products is one year on parts and labor - contact the factory for a complete warranty statement. For out-of-warranty repairs, labor is charged on a flat rate fee basis. A published rate schedule is available upon request. Repairs are warranted for 90 days from the date of repair for the actual work done. Estimates are available at a modest cost.
