1. Within SIMPL Windows, go to "File > Import archived program… ".
Select an archive from one of the folders within the DM series folder. The following selections are available for the DM series:
* The DM series modules will work with all of the DM series Matrix Mixers including: DM1624, DM1612, DM812, DM84
- DM series Crosspoint Gain.zip
- DM series Input Gain Single.zip
- DM series Input Gain Stereo.zip
- DM series Output Gain Single.zip
- DM series Output Gain Stereo.zip
- DM series Rp Input Gain Single.zip
- DM series Rp Input Gain Stereo.zip
- DM series Rp Output Gain Single.zip
- DM series Rp Output Gain Stereo.zip
If you wish to implement multiple input/output control, specific archives for each of the DM series Matrix Mixers are provided in folders titled: DM1624,DM1612,DM812,DM84
2. Click “Start” the archive will be unzipped and all of the .umc and .usp files will be placed in the proper folders. The example demo can be compiled and uploaded to a processor.
The default processor is an MP2E with an IP address of 192.168.1.20.
An Xpanel with the same IP address and an IP ID of 3 is provided in the example for quick testing.
The VTPro-e Touchpanel file (.vtp) for the Xpanel is provided for each example.
Furthermore, you will find an .xexe folder which contains a PC executable for immediate testing.
Note: these modules are not the final release modules. Although these modules are in many working installations around the country, the modules are currently being tested by Crestron for distribution in the SIMPL Windows IDE.
